bitchy_merlinThings I Have Done:
- slept in till 11:45 (the latest I've ever slept in since I was like... three) on Friday
- got a new blouse with FUCKING AWESOME SLEEVES. Seriously. The ruffles. You wouldn't believe.
- went on an EPIC shopping adventure with N. Bought gifts for everyone in 1.5 hours. We ROCK.
- saw the Messiah with Mom+Dad+Oma. It was really good, except for the religion part. Make of that what you will. ...But no, actually, the music was really good (the fashion choices no so much). Also, at several points, the conductor started jumping up and down and I kept thinking he would break into a rendition of Thriller. Which would have brought the lulz like nothing else. Alas, it was not to be, although I swear to god, I think the bass singer almost slapped the tenor on the ass on their way out of the room.
- saw Shirly and Aisha. 'Nuff said.
- volunteered at the Nutcracker Ballet performance that was on at our school. It was fantastic, and Lara was definitely in there, and I wanted to see her only: a) it would have been slightly awkward being all "hey, IDK if you remember me... we trained together at TGI about six years ago?", and b) I couldn't find her.
- slept over at C's. I love 3:00 am conversations.
- signed Christmas cards
- shoveled
Things I Did Not Do:
- go to school
- homework
- send songs
- homework
- work on the Queen's PSE/essay
- HOMEWORK
Things I Am In the Process of Doing:
- uploading songs

- reading Clive Barker's Abarat, which is beautiful and glorious and AWESOMELY ORIGINAL (except the pages are falling out because the binding sucks and I've read it a bajillion times before)
Things That Will Just Not Get Done:
- catching up on the f-list
- homework
...as I was typing this entry, I sometimes looked up, and I have realized that my Stumble messages have increased like clockwork, every three minutes or so. It's slightly disconcerting.
