I don't know if anyone's heard the song "Gay Boyfriend" by I believe, The Hazzards. Okay, I had it stuck in my head on repeat, and I've got no idea why, since that last time I heard it was... many months ago.
SO WHY ARE THE WORDS MARGRAVE ROYSTON SUBSTITUTING THEMSELVES FOR THE CHORUS LINE "GAY BOYFRIEND"?!

In other words, Jingo by Terry Pratchett is one of the many books I've ... well, devoured would be a good term for it, these past few days, and it is fucking brilliant. it's so funny, Vetinari, you absolute nutter, you! And Angua with her "we're all someone's dog" while Vimes is all *AWKWARD* because it's obviously Vetinari's fault. And NOBBY. OHMYGOD ILU SOMUCH.
