All I really want to do is curl up into a ball and cry for the next fifteen hours or something. I haven't been out of the house all day; for the last week, all I've been doing is working my ass off on this one stupid story I have due in January. I wrote it in two straight days of just locking myself in my room and forcing it out onto paper. That was the 22 to the 23. On the 24th, in the morning, I started typing it up, took a break for that evening and the 25th, and came back to it in the evening of the 26th, and all day today. I am so fucking tired of this story, it's pathetic. Even though I cut at least one-third of the original thing, I still broke the word limit a good time and a half. I have to pare it down to 2000 words by the end of next week for the good copy. It is without doubt one of the hardest things I've written .
And it's complete shit. All of it. I wanted to go bash my head against a wall when I read it over, but really really really all I want to do is just sit down somewhere and cry. And I want to brush my teeth. But mostly I just want to cry. The schedule for tonight: socialize with the strangers who are coming over for dinner (ie: my parents' friends); sleeeeeeeeeeep.

It is EPIC AWESOME, and EXTREMELY HILARIOUS and it has a sort of sequel that is all sorts of brilliance.
