I smoke my friends down to the filter

bitchy_merlinEventually fandom-related stuff will make a reappearance in this journal, I swear. But I just ~HAVE A LOT OF FEELINGS RN.
Real life has been crazy busy, kicking my ass seven ways from Sunday, but midterms are finally over! I didn't do as well on some of them as I'd hoped (see: French, Stats), but at least now I have time to breathe and focus on my other assignments (case in point, the massive FREN212 dissertation due at the end of the month. I chose to do mine on the accordance of Pascal's Pensées with the classical aesthetic - WHICH I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT IS - so we'll see how it goes, I guess.) I'm also kind of scared for the weekend, because I have a ton of errands to run on Friday, and there's a fundraiser-inna-nightclub thing happening that evening, called GLO, which I think I will end up at. I guess I'll do my best to remain sober, because I have an appointment with the French Writing Centre on Monday, and I want a rough draft of my essay by then.
My main feeling is STRESS because of EVERYTHING. I honestly think this is the most stress I've been under in my life; the tiniest wrinkles in my plans send my heart rate skyrocketing, and I've taken to randomly bursting into tears at seriously inopportune moments (ie: when I should be studying). I FEEL LIKE MY HORMONES HAVE AN AGENDA OR SOMETHING. But I'm trying to be positive about this and stick to my hastily improvised schedule to stay on top of things. Case in point, I am currently on-track with my abnormal psyc readings, halfway through a stats assignment, ditto for a cog psyc assignment, and I'm setting myself up to have the first paragraph of my essay done by this time tomorrow night. (Who needs sleep when you have COFFEE? NO ONE, which is why I'm writing this post.)
I just watched the Powerthirst vid again and now I'm narrating this in my head like the guy who does the voiceovers. /random
There's not even much else for me to say, because life is SO BUSY but SO BORING at the same time RN. OH, EXCEPT, Johnny Weir now has a YouTube channel to which the entire world should subscribe ~like a boss (O DEER, Twitter has corrupted my use of the poor ~tilde, alas, I knew it well, etc. etc.).
And now that I have spent entirely too long drafting my morning schedule onto a hapless neon pink sticky note, I must bid the internets good night.
