Let's all hope this is a bad dream, shall we? Because otherwise, words cannot express the degree of EPIC FAIL.
... in happier news, I have recently decided that in order to dilute the torrents of teen angst that constitute the regular updates on this journal, I'm going to start a weekly rec thing. So each week, I'll pick a fic at random - maybe one I just read, or one that's been sitting in my memories for years - and squee about it here. The fics will be derived from fandoms I frequent, which means they'll probably be pretty pairing-specific. ... I don't think that last sentence made sense, but I think the overall message is clear enough.
So, let's get this thing started, shall we?

decor_noctis . It's RPS, which is a rare-ish thing for me, but I must rec it. It's Russell Brand/Noel Fielding, but goes no farther than PG-13 (the gasps of surprise are audible from here); the Russell voice is just lovely and spot-on, making this a really glee-inducing fic.
