of rugby and school stuff

hhurg. I fucking hate stoichiometry. I'm aabsolutely no good at it and I've got a massive test tomorrow, ew. ALso, as of last night, I can't breathe through my nose and my throat hurts like a bitch. Yay for the fact that LJ does not require me to talk.

BUT! Today there were rugby tryouts, and it was fun. Except for maybe the part where the guys' rugby team was basically subbing for Ms. V. and we were doing fake!tackle drills - can't wait till we start real tackling, omg - but ok, running full tilt at some random older guy who has biceps the size of my head (!), with the instruction "ok, sprint at me and try to deke me out,and I'll tyr to grab you "... erm, yeah. Tackling is fine, I can do that, but I fail utterly at avoiding things, and also, what if I slip and crash into him? I don't do the whole girl-guy-guy thing everyone else does. I am a freak of nature, I know, still stuck with the mentality of a four year old. Not cooties, but awkward. Eeurgh, touching.

Tackling will be fun, though, because it is not touching, it is WAR.

Rugby is fun :-) But, ok, I hope we don't alwas train with the guys because even though they're totally hilarious (case in pont: one guy was asking for the ball, so another guy threw it and... three guesses as to where it hit him. Ouch.), they tend to be rather violent. S. Holiday was standing in front of me in line, and one guy threw the rugby ball to his buddy who missed the catch and the ball slammed into sara's face. Hard. She actually looked stunned, and we were all like "omg are you ok?". Thankfully she was, and the guy apologized profusely and turned as red as his hair, which is saying something. THink his name was Ian, but I'm not sure (he reminds me of some kid from my grade 6 class). He's the one with the ridiculously skinny legs. As opposed to the one with the freakking HUGE biceps, whose name, I think, is Zach.

Then conditioning which was also fun.

THen three hours of english homework (the assignment: write a paragraph about Macbeth/dramatic importance of act 4/5 - I wrote two+ pages) and there was probably some chem I should have done, too, but I figure it's a tie between chem and music for my worst mark, so if i can just keep my chem mark where it is (or, hopefully, higher byt one or two marks), I can completely fuck myself over in music and it won't matter too much. Stupid mr m for leaving
:-( our new teacher is a bitch.

umm... what else? aside from the giddiness that has pervaded my life since RA4, nothing much.
