Uh, in other news, the weekend was good. I start at COBS tomorrow, so that should be... interesting.

I say interesting because I'm getting up at 5AM tomorrow. Why, you fool? you may ask. Because I'm turning into my dad my day shall go like this:
- get up at 5am.
- Go for a run when it is NOT 34 fucking degrees outside. It will only be 23, hah.
- 7am: leave for work.
- 8am-4pm: work.
- 4pm: leave work for work.
- 5pm: shift starts
- 5pm-9pm: work.
- 9pm: HOME OH MY GOD SLEEEEEEEP.

Somewhere in there, copious amounts of high-octane coffee are involved. Possibly in the "remaining vertical" section.

But anyhoo, I decided to take the second job, so unless things magically go super-drastically wrong, I shall Try Not to Bitch About Work. (Although I think that will take more willpower than going running tomorrow, so we shall see how that turns out.)

In other news, there was an explosion (??) at a transformer in a power plant, so patches of the city were without power for a couple of hours (some might still be out, I'm not sure). My brother and I went upstairs after dinner and were faced with an existential crisis, because, horror of horrors, no internet! So we sat around and - gasp - conversed until I called Michelle, and then five minutes later, the power was back. I have a working theory: cherishedsaulie  is God. (Working. Theory.)

Last but not least: I AM EVENTUALLY GOING TO SPAZZ ABOUT THE SPN FINALE. ...Sometime. I am also going to rant about Terry Goodkind. Oh yeah.
